The RC reverse circulation drilling rig is a new, efficient, environmentally friendly, and multifunctional crawler drilling rig. It uses a double-walled drill pipe, and the inner pipe discharges cuttings which are then collected by a cyclone collector. It can be used for sampling and analysis work in geological exploration departments.
This drilling rig can use compressed air for reverse circulation drilling in various strata. The actions of the drilling rig, including lifting the drill frame, compensating the drill frame, connecting and disconnecting the drill pipe, rotation and feeding, supporting legs, hoisting, and walking, are all achieved by a hydraulic system, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving construction efficiency and project quality.
Main features:
1. Supplied with air and cuttings discharge by an air compressor, various impactors and drill bits can be matched according to the size of the working hole.
2. Low failure rate, compact model, and high torque. The rotation speed can be adjusted according to different working conditions, effectively improving the efficiency of the impactor.
3. The hydraulic system is equipped with an independent hydraulic oil cooler, ensuring the drilling rig can work continuously in outdoor high-temperature conditions.
4. Displaceable sliding frame; during operation, the sliding frame can slide through the compensation oil cylinder to press against the ground working surface, improving the rigidity of the drill frame and ensuring the stability of the drilling rig.
5. Optional devices include reverse circulation device, mud pump, centrifugal pump, generator, and foam pump.
